Visual
Deep ruby red with violet reflections.
Palate
Intense flavors of mulberries, raspberries, and wild berries, complemented by delicate notes of cloves and oak. Velvety tannins, balanced freshness, and a long, lingering finish.
Nose
Complex and elegant, with aromas of mulberries, blackberries, and raspberries, complemented by subtle notes of pink pepper, cloves, coffee, and delicate vanilla.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately, undergoing spontaneous fermentation for 28 days. For the Merlot, 30% of the grapes are fermented as whole clusters, while the remaining 70% are destemmed. This is followed by gentle pressing and 48 months of aging in 225 L oak barrels, then a minimum of 30 months of bottle aging.
