Visual

Golden yellow, slightly coppery.

Palate

Ample, persistent and salty, slightly tannic at the same time, elegant and mineral. The aftertaste is of peach and apricot.

Nose

Complex, persistent with hints of fruit in particular apple and dried fruits.

Winemaking

Natural fermentation. Maceration in oak vats for 2/4 months. Maturation in 25/35 hl casks for 4 years. Bottle ageing for 2 years.
