Visual
Deep ruby red.
Palate
Opens with a broad and velvety attack, supported by well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity that brings freshness and depth. Flavors of ripe black fruits are complemented by notes of dark chocolate, espresso, fine spices, and subtle hints of sweet oak. The finish is long, persistent, and refined, highlighting the wine’s complexity and excellent ageing potential.
Nose
Complex and elegant, dominated by intense aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberries, black cherries, and dried plums.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested by hand following a meticulous selection process carried out directly in the vineyard. At the winery, the process continued with a double sorting of both bunches and berries to ensure the highest quality of the raw material. Vinification was carried out with precision and care, using indigenous yeasts and lactic bacteria originating from the estate. The wine was aged for 12 months in 225- and 600-liter French and American oak barrels, achieving remarkable balance, complexity, and elegance. After natural clarification with egg whites, the wine was bottled in the spring of 2025.
