Palate

Raspberry jam and wild flowers build to a huge, aromatically intense finish supported by silky tannins.

Nose

A compelling array of super-ripe red stone fruits, wild flowers, white truffle and exotic spices.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 13 days. Aged for 8 months in new French oak barrels; 11 months in cement tanks.
