Visual

Intense red ruby.

Palate

Exceptional structure, a perfect balance between well-integrated tannins and freshness, with a long and persistent finish. 

Nose

Aromas of red currants and ripe plums, balsamic notes of eucalyptus, delicate notes of cocoa and sweet tobacco.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maceration for 14 days at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C. Aging for 13-14 months in new and previously used French oak barrels, followed by at least 14 months in the bottle.
