Visual

Pale straw yellow.

Palate

Good structure, full, long persistence. This wine is harmonious, sapid and has a delicate freshness.

Nose

Intense flower aromas and delicate scents of apple and peach.

Winemaking

The hand-picked Passerina grapes are destemmed and softly crushed. The must is statically decanted before being poured into thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a temperature range between 16° and 18°C.
