Visual

Bright greenish yellow.

Palate

Brightness and energy, a distinct character with just-ripe fruit and salty minerality all packed into a medium body and continuing on a long, dry and elegant finish.

Nose

Complex bouquet with aromas of jasmine, chopped apples, fresh pears and melon. Some oyster shells and fresh herbs delicate notes.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then up to 3 hours of skin contact, fermented in a steel tank exclusively, about 4 months on the fine lees till bottling.
