Palate
Concentrated, velvety and elegant. Balanced, with fruity notes, pleasant acidity and a more than persistent finish.
Nose
Aromas of crushed rose petals, raspberry, blueberry, and black pepper, followed by notes of dried apricot, maraschino cherry, and lemon.
Winemaking
The must is fermented at low temperatures, while the skins are fermented at higher temperatures. At the right time, the must and skins are brought together and cool temperature fermented. Aging in concrete tanks for 2 years and in the bottle for 6 months.
