Palate

Fresh, with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and red cherries, complemented by notes of rose petals, Mediterranean herbs, and a hint of white pepper. The background is airy and elegant, with subtle accents of spice and delicate minerality.
Winemaking
The Grenache grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, with minimal intervention. Fermentation is carried out with gentle extraction to preserve the juicy and aromatic character of the fruit. The wine is aged for a short period in neutral vessels, then bottled to highlight the freshness, finesse, and pure expression of the variety.
