An outstanding wine, with balanced acidity, exceptional minerality and fulness. 

Nose

Delicate bouquet with notes of lemon, green apple, citrus and grapefruit.

Winemaking

Maceration on skins for 48 hours. Fermentation on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 7 months in stainless steel.
