Visual

Palate

Medium body, with a very pleasant minerality, and a long, flavorful and dry finish.

Nose

Expressive aromas of Amalfi lemon, lime cream and wild herbs.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand picked and sorted manually, crushed, then left for several hours in contact with the skins. Maturation on selected yeasts until bottling.
