Visual

Pale lemon with greenish hues.

Palate

Notes of licorice and white chocolate on the pallet, mind-blowing stony intensity at the extremely focused and salty finish. Enormous aging potential.  

Nose

Bouquet with delicate notes of white peach, pink grapefruit and mountain herbs.  

Winemaking

The grapes are manually harvested and sorted, then destemmed, crushed, 9 to 12 hours of skin contact, fermented in a steel tank and partly in a big wooden cask, and aged for about 8 months on the fine lees till bottling.
