Palate
Extremely fine tannins. Aromas of fresh red fruits (cherries, raspberries) are accompanied by delicate spice notes, dried herbs, and a slightly mineral hint. The finish is clean, refreshing, and elegant, emphasizing the fine and friendly character of the Cinsault variety.
Nose
Aromas of red cherries, raspberries, and strawberries, complemented by delicate notes of rose petals, dried herbs, and a hint of white pepper. The background is airy and elegant, with subtle accents of earth and minerality.
Winemaking
Cinsault grapes are harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, with minimal intervention. Fermentation takes place with very gentle extraction to preserve the aromatic finesse and light texture. The wine is aged for a short period in neutral vessels, then bottled to highlight the freshness, suppleness, and pure expression of the variety.
