On the palate, it is powerful and incisive, clean, savoury with the fine acidity that is the mark of the land of Benaco.
Nose
Very rich on the nose with hints of red fruit, crushed blueberries, and balsamic and jam aromas.
Winemaking
Maceration and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. Malolactic fermentation in barriques where the wine remained 14 months for refining and aging, and then 4 months in the bottle.
