Palate

Dried cherries, black cherries, plums, and notes of figs and raisins from appassimento grapes. The taste is full-bodied yet velvety, supported by vibrant acidity and refined tannins, which give it structure without heaviness.

Nose

Aromas of dried cherries, black cherries, and plums, accented by figs and subtle dried raspberries.

Winemaking

Maturation for 8 years in large wooden barrels and bottled.
