Visual
Deep red-purple color.
Palate
Seductive yet fine-tuned and ethereal, but not lacking backbone. There is a wonderful fruit blossom and fresh cut flower note, with an earthy mineral and spice complexity complimenting the crisp, sweet red fruits.
Nose
Beautiful red fruit and cherry aromas, fragrant and invigorating.
Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes. The wine is made only with 100% Sangiovese grapes from Soldera vineyards, fermented naturally by indigenous yeasts in cone-shaped Slavonian oak vats, without pressing or filtering, without additives (except for very small quantities of sulfites) and aged for 48 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
