Visual

Bright pale gold.

Palate

Powerful taste with aromatic tones of wild flowers, tobacco and leather, well rounded and polished, with a long after taste..

Nose

Rich, complex and intense aromas due to oak barrel maturation, with notes of sage and paprika.

Winemaking

Maceration for 4 days in stainless steel tanks of 5,000 liters and fermented with wild yeasts. Aged for 12 months in 4,000-liter conical barrels (tino) and five months in 500-liter oak barrels.
