Visual

Golden yellow.

Palate

Rich and concentrated, creamy on the palate with distinct sweetness, followed by vibrant acidity and an almost salty everlasting finish reminiscent of salted caramel.  .

Nose

Rich aroma of roasted almond, candied fruit, dried apricot and orange marmalade.  

Winemaking

Hand harvest and gently pressing. Fermentation 100% in stainless steel and aging on the fine yeast until bottling in March 2022.
