Visual

Palate
Fine and textured, with a hint of white pepper that balances the fruity notes on the palate, assuring a dry and mouthwatering finish.
Nose
Delicate aromas of pear and dried rose petals, herbs of Provence notes, fennel, and a hint of anise.
Winemaking
Harvesting and sorting of the grapes are done manually. The grapes are transported directly to the winery where they are pressed directly. The juice extraction is slow and delicate. Fermentations, both alcoholic and malolactic are made in stainless steel tanks. The bottling of this dry rose wine takes place in the spring after clarification.
