Visual

Bright garnet red.

Palate

Balanced and fruit-forward upon release, with silky tannins and delightful acidity. 

Nose

Ripe fruit aromas of black cherry and currant are accented by notes of toasted pastry and dark roast coffee from the authentic barrel bouquet.

Winemaking

Maturation for at least 12 months in 60-gallon American oak barrels, 18.5% new.
