This mature vermouth, made from a single grape variety, is the result of a long refinement process, based on 100% Muscat, aged for 5 years in French oak barrels. Slightly sweetened with mistelle from the same variety—also aged in Montseny chestnut barrels—the vermouth is delicately fortified with thyme and lavender, aromas that harmonize perfectly with the Sherry profile of the base wine. It is a vermouth "stripped" of artifice, in which the wine is the true protagonist, and the herbs subtly support it without dominating its character.

Visually, it impresses with its elegant shades of amber to topaz, with coppery reflections, bright and perfectly clear. On the nose, it offers a balance of delicate aromas, outlining a mature, atypical, and sophisticated white vermouth. Distinct tones of French oak speak of the long aging period, followed by hints of Sherry, notes of herbs, wild flowers, tobacco, and nuts, on a fresh, slightly citrusy, and fruity background.

On the palate, the vermouth surprises with its controlled power and deep complexity. The entry is friendly, supported by a present acidity, followed by a seductive, slightly sweet journey, in which the herbs emphasize the nobility of the wine. It is a dry, slightly sweetened vermouth with hints of honey and apricot, ending in a fine, silky, bitter finish.
