Molecule Gin is a craft gin, distilled in small batches, made from neutral grain spirit and a balanced blend of natural botanicals. Its modern style retains the clarity of a London Dry, with distinctive floral and citrus notes.

This gin stands out with its clear, crystalline color, which reveals the purity of the distillation. On the nose, the aromas open with an intense bouquet of juniper and grapefruit, followed by elegant subtleties of pink pepper and elderflower, which give it freshness and refinement.

On the palate, the gin impresses with a spicy and complex profile: notes of coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom blend harmoniously with a pronounced juniper entry, a vibrant middle of citrus and mint, and a long, well-balanced finish.

After distillation, the gin is brought to its final strength by mixing it with purified water through reverse osmosis, completely softened and demineralized, to preserve the finesse of the taste and avoid any mineral influence.
