Visual

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Palate

It has a medium body and a strong taste, with a pronounced salty note, accompanied by surprising freshness and finesse. It has a subtle and long finish.  

Nose

Complex bouquet with aromas of tropical fruits, yellow peaches, lychees, grapefruit, dried fruits, figs and mineral notes.

Winemaking

Aging for 18 months in stainless steel on fine lees.
