Visual

A bright ruby color.

Palate

The taste is balanced, with great flavor, pleasantly fresh, with soft tannins and a lingering finish of pepper and fruity notes.

Nose

The nose is elegant, with notes of vanilla and chocolate followed by ripe berry, plum and balsamic notes.

Winemaking

Fermentation and maceration in french oak barrique and tonneaux. Aging: 15-18 months in new french oak barrique and tonneaux.
