Bellavista

The producer owns 190ha of vineyards in the best areas of Franciacorta, which provides exposure, character, and potential for the terroir expression. To produce the highest quality sparkling wines, Bellavista separately wine-makes 107 plots/micro-zones. Thus, it becomes possible to rigorous quality control and keep the most subtle nuances of each parcel’s character and personality. The Bellavista wines are the result of over 90 assemblages from the 107 produced separate plots. Fermentation is carried out partially in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels, with remuage being handmade. The aging on the lees of the second fermentation in the bottle lasts up to 72 months, as in Bellavista Vittorio Moretti wine. http://www.bellavistawine.it/
