Visual
Bright straw yellow with delicate golden highlights.
Palate
Fresh and elegant, with vibrant acidity and a fine, creamy texture. Citrus and white fruit flavors are complemented by mineral and subtly spicy notes, leading to a long, precise, and persistent finish.
Nose
Fresh and complex aromas of citrus, orange blossom, and elderflower, followed by notes of exotic and white fruits, complemented by delicate nuances of aromatic herbs and ginger.
Winemaking
Dedicated to the legendary temple of opera, it represents the finest expression of the Bellavista style. The grapes used to create this Grand Cuvée are the result of a rigorous selection from each individual vineyard parcel. In addition to the exceptional quality of the grapes, 25% of the wine used in the blend spends seven months in small white oak barrels, adding further complexity and distinction to this Franciacorta. Aging: 57% in oak, 43% in stainless steel.
