Palate

Elegant wine with a sapid touch and mineral notes are typical of this vine variety and terroir. Persistent and intense.

Nose

An elegant and intense bouquet, with notes of flowers and fruits, like the pear. A mineral note typical of this vine variety and the Karst terroir.  

Winemaking

Manual harvest. Slight grape pressing, alcoholic fermentation and maturation sur lie in stainless steel tanks.
