Palate

Rich and velvety, with pleasant and crispy acidity and moderated yet well-defined tannins.

Nose

Complex bouquet, with cassis and blackberry aromas, violets, and vanilla notes.

Winemaking

Spontaneous 15/18 days fermentation in small concrete vats with periodic pump-overs and délestage. Maturation: 80% in concrete vats and 20% in French oak barrels.
