Tony Bish Wines was established in 2014 as an independent family-owned business whose aim is to produce high-quality unique wines. Winemaker Tony Bish is a Chardonnay fanatic, being named "the Hawke’s Bay King of Chardonnay". Tony produces premium wines made exclusively from Chardonnay, six different styles of Chardonnay that are highly appreciated in New Zealand and worldwide.
