Visual

Bright pale lemon.

Palate

The same olfactive aromas flow onto the palate which is weighty, rich and pure with defined varietal expression, barrel ferment complexity, and a sustained citrus finish. The French oak and fruit are beautifully balanced.

Nose

Complex and enticing bouquet with ripe citrus fruits, and peaches aromas delicately intertwined with vanilla and baking spices notes.  

Winemaking

Fermentation and aging on lees in French oak barrels.
