White Tropez Rosé Double Magnum - 2022 - AOC Côtes de Provence
Pale pink with silver reflections.
The palate is silky, aromatic, and full of finesse. The crisp fruits blend with minerality and beautiful acidity.
The nose is delicate and expressive, with intense notes of tropical fruits(mango, passion fruit, lychee), white peaches, and subtle floral hints.
After destemming, the grapes are lightly pressed and then the must is cold-settled. The alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, to preserve aromas. Aging on fine lees.
