Barbaresco Roncaglie Masseria - 2019 - Barbaresco DOCG
Ruby-red colour, with subtle garnet hues.
On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied. Notes of red and dark fruit (strawberry, blueberry and blackberry) emerge. The tannins are mature, soft, silky and well-integrated. The hint of almond on the finish is particularly striking. Overall, this is a beautifully balanced and refined wine.
The nose is rich, potent and concentrated. Hints of ripe fruit emerge(cherries, blackberries and blueberries).
Aging: Around 30 months in large barrels and, for a small portion, barriques.
