Bright golden color with a persistent and delicate effervescence.
Palate
A Champagne wine with a strong minerality, dense and rich, featuring an elegant and harmonious taste due to its texture and depth. The aftertaste showcases creaminess, as well as spicy notes.
Nose
Elegant notes of fruits and white flowers, with secondary aromas of orange and almonds.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested from plots in Avize, with vines over 50 years old and predominantly clay soil. The base wine was aged in oak barrels and not filtered. It was produced by the traditional method, and the autolysis period of the yeasts was 5 years.
