Visual
Clear and bright pale yellow.
Palate
On the palate, it has great minerality, bringing out the character of the soil, then a long finish with flavors of honey.
Nose
White flowers and fruity notes reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits and citrus.
Winemaking
Mechanical harvesting. Direct pressing, cold settling. Controlled temperature (16-18°C) fermentation in the tank. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completed, matured on fine lees from November to April. Filtered before bottling.
