Visual

Garnet red with ruby hints.

Palate

The fresh acidity introduces opulent notes of coffee, cedar, and black currants. The perfectly integrated oak combines elegant and supple tannins to offer a long and complex finish.

Nose

A mineral character with rum, raisins, and chocolate aromas.

Winemaking

Fermented for 10-15 days at temperatures that reach 32ºC. Five days of maceration post fermenting and then aging for 14 months in a combination of new and previously used French oak barrels (55% new and 45% at cycles II & III), followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
