Visual

Bright yellow.

Palate

Structured wine, well balanced between minerality and acidity, with notes of almond.

Nose

Aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits.

Winemaking

Natural yeasts. Direct pressing, followed by cold settling. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16–18°C. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations completed. Aged on fine lees from November to April. Filtered before bottling.
