Visual

Intense yellow with golden reflections.

Palate

Elegant, full bodied, textured and balanced, with notes of spice and mineral freshness.

Nose

Rich, with vanilla and tropical fruit flavors - melon and guava, which develop moderate spice notes.

Winemaking

Maceration for 4 days in 3,000 liters (tino) conical barrels and fermented with wild yeasts. Aged for 12 months in 3,000 liters (tino) conical barrels and 11 months in oak barrels of 500 liters (tono).
