Visual

Deep ruby.

Palate

Excellent fruit with strong cassis flavors and impressive power on the palate carry through to the long finish with persistent soft tannin.

Nose

Rich, broad and enveloping, with layered, building flavors of black fruits, violet, licorice, dark chocolate, tobacco and minerals.

Winemaking

Fermentation and maceration for around three weeks followed by ageing in oak for 24 months.
