Visual

Bright pale golden color with greenish hues.

Palate

The taste is juicy, dense, smooth, silky and very delicate. The superb acid tension perfectly structures this wine and gives it great freshness. The purity of the aromas brings out an elegant finish. Impeccable balance, classic style.

Nose

Pure and fresh bouquet, lively, refined and complex. Fruity aromas of citrus peel, white-fleshed fruit, ripe but not completely, notes of white flowers (hawthorn, lime and acacia), followed by mineral and saline aromas (quartz, flint).  

Winemaking

Slow pressing. Clarification and alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. Aging for 18 months on lees in French oak barrels (35% new), with stirring.
