Palate
The aromas unfold with vibrant acidity and well-defined tannins, enriched by nuances of cocoa, blackcurrants, and vanilla. All melt into a broad and persistent aftertaste, where delicate hints of dark chocolate return.
Nose
Dominant aromas of wild cherries, caressed by fine spicy accents that add depth and refinement.
Winemaking
Aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
The tannins merge and melt so well with the fruit that there is no boundary between them, like a poem without punctuation, an aria without pause, two trees so intertwined in a forest that you can no longer see where one begins and the other ends.
Wonderful final taste of Cabernet Sauvignon, cedar, and cigar.
