Palate

Extraordinarily dense, rich and precise, but also unexpectedly fresh, and the finish is stunning, endless, as its name implies, with a pronounced minerality. Huge aging potential.  

Nose

Complex bouquet with wonderful aromas of tropical fruits and flowers.

Winemaking

Matured in 500 litre oak casks, half of them new.
