Visual

Deep purple.

Palate

Rich, dense, concentrated, and balanced, with well-defined tannins and acidity. The same notes as olfactory, pressed violets and blueberry essence. 

Nose

Intense aromas of pressed violets, blueberry essence and spice notes.

Winemaking

Traditional vinification followed by 14 months of aging, 80% of the blend in French oak barrels, 40% new and 60% at the second use, and 20% of the blend in stainless steel tanks.
