Bright ruby red colour, catching the eye with its delicate transparency.
Elegant, a perfect balance between freshness, barely outlined noble tannins and a subtle, infinite persistence of small red fruits, flowers and fruit jellies.
Soft floral aromas, from violets to rose petals, taking on spicy and balsamic notes over time.
After crushing and maceration for about 15 days, it is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Aged for 3 years in Slovenian oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle.
