Palate

The body is dense and complex and has a lot of minerality. In the mouth experiences a lively fruit sweet acid that gives to the aftertaste a beautiful freshness.

Nose

The nose is full of ripe notes red apples, peach and nectarine. Add to that spicy aromas like cinnamon and bergamot.

Winemaking

Strugurii de Riesling au fost culesi in luna decembrie, la -8° C, si au fost presati inghetati. Fermentatia alcoolica spontana, foarte lenta.
