Visual

Pale lemon with green hues.

Palate

It is slightly tangy, well structured, full in the mouth, and lasting in the finish.

Nose

The pleasant aroma of meadow flowers is typical for the variety, and there is also a reminiscence of exotic fruits.

Winemaking

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 20°C in steel tanks is followed by four months of aging on the fine lees in concrete vats, before bottling.
