Visual

Palate

Full-bodied and harmonious, with a long finish.

Nose

Ripe grapes and candied fruits aromas are complemented by fine notes of honey, oriental spices, sage and rose.

Winemaking

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 20°C in steel tanks is followed by four months of aging on the fine lees in concrete vats, before bottling.
