Visual

Pale lemon with greenish hues.

Palate

Ripe and creamy yet so vibrant and precise this squares the riesling circle. Breathtakingly fresh and intense at the super-long finish. Enormous aging potential.  

Nose

A staggering bouquet of yellow peach, mandarin orange, pineapple, star fruit and a lot of wild herbs aromas.

Winemaking

The grapes are manually harvested and sorted, then destemmed, crushed, 6 to 9 hours of skin contact, fermented in a steel tank and partly in a big wooden cask, and aged for about 8 months on the fine yeast till bottling.
