Palate
A delicate texture, well-balanced acidity, and subtle hints of white fruit and citrus. Notes of apricot and pear intertwine with floral nuances and a slight hint of spice. The finish is persistent, leaving an impression of freshness and refinement.
Nose
The bouquet stands out with aromas of ripe pears, apricots, and white flowers, complemented by delicate citrus accents and subtle honey tones.
Winemaking
Oak barrel aged for 18 months.
First and foremost, an old vine, spontaneously fermented and deliberately aged to enhance the taste, not just the aroma.
In fact, the Muscat aroma almost disappears, leaving behind a complex, elaborate, and well-structured wine with light floral notes.
