Visual

Intense ruby red.

Palate

Strong, persistent in the mouth, with aromas of jam and very ripe fruit.

Nose

Extremely complex, notes of dried fruit with hints of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate: powerful, persistent, with aromas of jam and very ripe fruit.

Winemaking

French oak barriques (Limousin, Allier, Tronpais) are used to age this wine for 30 months. For the following 30 months, it is blended into a single mass in a medium-sized Slavonian oak barrel. Several alcoholic fermentations take place during the maturation phases.
