Visual

Straw yellow.

Palate

Fresh and delicate on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonious, with a long and persistent finish.

Nose

Golden apple, pear, and acacia flowers.

Winemaking

The grapes are crushed and left to rest for 5–10 hours at a controlled temperature of 10–12°C (cold maceration process). The primary fermentation also takes place at a controlled temperature with the help of selected yeasts, while the second fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at low temperature using the Charmat method. This process ensures pleasant and persistent notes of flowers and white-fleshed fruits, characteristic of the Glera grape variety.
